Cancellation Policy
please call or text for cancellations, we do not accept instagram DMs or emails for cancellations.

We ask all cancellations be notified 48 hours prior to your appointment as it is hard to fill last minute openings.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service.
no shows are banned from rebooking & will be charged 75% of the cancelled service price in order to rebook.
